The Erasmus+ program develops project around the world in the field of higher education with the individuals and students, educational institutions, European organizations to increase their capacity. With the support of ERASMUS, a lecturer at the Mongolian National University of Education, Child Development Support Center Director Ph.D Odgerel, Virge University, Belgium Ph.D, Professor Lauvers, a lecturer at the Lomonosov University of the Arctic Dr. Elena Shinkareva are the project initiatives “Training teachers inclusion in Mongolia”. Development of a modular course with online tutorials on the rights of learners with disabilities and establishment of 3 SEN counseling centers. The “Training teachers inclusion in Mongolia” project will be implemented at the Mongolian National University of Education, Khovd University and Dornod University.
