The university shall be to provide the qualitative educational service in accordance with international standards and to implement the academic programs in complying with the national and international social needs and requirements.
Curriculum Committee
The university shall be to establish committees which are responsible for developing and implementing academic programs, controlling and assessing its implementation and even insuring the quality, and to organize and manage activities of curriculum committees. The Curriculum Committee was established in the academic year of 2014-2015 on the basis of the clause 5 of A/78 ‘’Updating and improving professional specialization and index’’ order enacted by the minister of education and science in 2014. Curriculum Committee is responsible for making a decision, issuing a recommendation and developing a policy in order to develop and implement undergraduate and postgraduate studies programs

According to the order A/221 ‘’Proving regulation of Curriculum committee’’ enacted by the rector of MNUE in 2014, structure, function and duty of curriculum committee and its members were verified based on the solutions of departments and Board of director.

Aim of MNUE curriculum: Curriculum aims to prepare teachers and educational staff who have the basic scientific knowledge and theoretical and methodological skills for developing himself further more and organize scientifically training activities.
The aim includes several objectives. In order to develop curriculum, it shall be focused on how policies and legal regulations to prepare teacher connect with MNUE mission. Furthermore, it is appropriate to use methods and ways to improve and assess connections between MNUE mission and curriculum objectives in all activities to implement curriculum.
