TWOConditions for awarding academic titles

2.1      Candidates to professor title should qualify the following criteria. Should have:

2.1.1   worked at least 5 years as an associate professor;

2.1.2   worked in professor’s team and senior management which are main unit of high educational organization not less than 3 years;

2.1.3   worked not less than 15 years at the high institutions and universities or research organizations;

2.1.4   Candidates to professor’s title must be contributed to scientific work, have publications on basic and applied research, experimental work, new progressive technology and innovation work;

2.1.5   published at least three articles and textbooks after getting associate professor’s title;

2.1.6   published at least 30 research publications, 8 of them should be published within last three years. Note: If have published not less than 10 works in the international research journals, the publications not required to be 30.

2.1.7   published not less than 3 publications in the foreign research journal after receiving the title of associate professor;

2.1.8   lead doctorate work;

2.1.9   lead at least 10 masters diploma works after getting the title of associate professor;

2.1.10  organized and lead project works, scientific conferences and meetings, theoretical workshops and also have sufficient level of satisfaction with clients survey and certification;
